A full time senior product photographer costs €60k+ annually, plus benefits, equipment, and studio overhead. With VISUAL LAB, you get world-class quality for a fraction of the cost. And the flexibility to pause when you don't need us.
On a subscription, most requests are delivered within 48 hours on average (24 hours on Pro). Complex shoots may take longer, but we'll always keep you in the loop. Campaign Pack timelines are agreed in your briefing and delivered in batches.
One request = one new final visual. This can be a product image, lifestyle shot, ad-style visual, etc.
Each request covers one completely new image, not variations of an existing one. Revisions to existing visuals, such as colour changes, prop swaps, or composition tweaks, are unlimited and included in the subscription.
A new request only begins when the visual itself is fundamentally different.
Example:
• 5 separate lifestyle images = 5 requests
• 5 edits to the same image = 1 request with revisions
We'll revise them as many times as needed, until you are 100% happy. All requests include unlimited revisions within your active subscription period. Significant changes may be treated as a new request.

What we don't do
Across both subscription and Campaign Pack, we don't cover video, motion graphics or GIFs, 3D or interactive content, human models, talent or on-location shoots, or RAW / unedited file delivery. Large-scale OOH and high-resolution print campaigns aren't available on subscription plans, but are covered within Campaign Pack.
Absolutely. Billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. If you use 21 days and pause, you'll have 10 days of service remaining to use anytime in the future.
